These terms govern your use of Groundwork, a private beta product operated by Hearne Idea Works LLC ("Hearne Idea Works," "we," "us"). By using Groundwork, you agree to these terms.
Groundwork is an aerobic training guidance system currently in private beta. It is provided for feedback and evaluation purposes. It is not a finished commercial product. Features may change, responses may be imperfect, and the system is actively being refined.
Access to Groundwork during the beta period is by invitation only. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for any reason. Your access is personal and non-transferable — please don't share your login or the product URL without prior approval from us.
Groundwork's methodology, system behavior, responses, and underlying approach are proprietary and confidential. You agree not to reproduce, describe in detail, screenshot for public sharing, or otherwise disclose the workings of the system to third parties during the beta period. Feedback shared with us becomes part of the product development process.
All intellectual property in Groundwork — including its methodology, coaching framework, system design, and branding — is owned by Hearne Idea Works LLC. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.
Groundwork provides training guidance based on aerobic development principles. It is not a substitute for medical advice. If you have a health condition or injury, consult a qualified professional before following any training guidance.
Groundwork is provided "as is" during beta. We make no guarantees about accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Training guidance is informational — results vary and are never guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, Hearne Idea Works LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Groundwork.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If changes are material, we'll notify you by email.
